Michael
Szarata,
Management & Food Stylist. This experienced professional has infused
his culinary art with a creative flair that even muses envy. As
General Manager of Waterbom Park and Spa, he has access to the magical
kingdom - a lush tropical forest - as a party venue for M&M.
Honing
his craft from his apprenticeship at age 17 in Germany, he has developed
his expertise in Classical French cuisine to breathtaking height
of food and beverage excellence. To his credit is momentous achievement
of the Michelin Star Rating not once, but twice, for Berlin's Steignberger
Hotel and again in 1980s, for Ente vom Lehel in Wiesbaden (Germany),
both after only two years of Michael's tutelage.
After working at the Ritter St. Georg in Braunschweig, he soared
on wings of innovation and landed the prestigious Master of Culinary
Art in Munich, 1984. His lustrous record boasts of appointments
as Executive Chef at the Hyatt Belgrade (late 80s), one of the first
F&B networks in the Eastern Block, and later, as Director of Food
and Beverage at Bali Hyatt (1991).
John Sudanara, Sales & Marketing.
A master in logistics and co-ordination, he steers a committed team
in realising your fantasies. With his professional armoury of formal
management education at the Academy of Hotel and Tourism and 24
prolific years in Hyatt's world-wide network, John soldiers on for
M&M clients to deliver winning sales service standards and develop
sites of profound mythical character throughout Bali.

Deborah
Brown, Marketing and Product Design. Her role as an adroit
on-site technical director, of developing alluring set design and
productions for M&M events is bolstered by a colourful background
of New York City Graduate Film Studies and drama experience where,
for 8 years, Deborah fashioned and energised major theatre and film
projects, reaping rave reviews as a result.
Wayan
Tanggu, Food & Beverage Resource. His expansive resource
knowledge makes a potent brew with his multi-faceted craft. He will
stir your imagination in all aspects of entertainment, decoration
and set and photography. His genius in the catering business developed
through his Bali Hyatt experience on significant projects including
theme events, theme park attractions and corporate industrial meetings.
September Adi, Co-ordinator.
He has only to flourish that inscrutable artistic sixth-sense to
conjure up enchanting Balinese table design. With a 28-years career
span to his credit, even as Banquet Operation Manager and Restaurant
Manager, his flower arrangements boasts of inspiration that surpasses
all poetic boundaries.
Ketut Sucitra, Technical Engineer.
His glittering career as a lighting designer and operator for Bali
Hyatt and Waterbom Park, promises flashes of creativity which will
set your imagination ablaze.
Yvonne Patty, Sales & Marketing.
She is biz-whiz with correspondence and financial reports, corporate
sales, purchasing and book-keeping. Her illustrious background includes
a collaboration with Project Secretary of ASEAN - EEC Aquaculture
Development and Co-ordination from 1992-1994, a degree from the
School of Teacher Training and Education and highly fruitful years
at M&M from 1997.
